Yes!You can never find my personal account in Facebook. The fan page of my other blog Quotes and Letters still exists except that I'm no longer the administrator. It means more time in blogging than scrutinizing friends' pages. Lols. |

Tin loves Heart Origami - A Review of the Easiest Heart Origami
Valentine's Day just happened last week and which I'm very busy browsing the net, looking for any valentine idea. While browsing, I have seen different hearts made of paper and I'm so fascinated with these hearts that I tried doing lots of them from which I have chosen the best and the easiest to do. Let me feature of which I think the best five hearts.
This is called pendant heart. It is thick because as if two hearts were bonded together. Also, no paste is needed to bind the edges. For the folding instructions, click here. I think, this is one of the best heart you can try because it looks good, easy to do and can work as 'pendant' if you'll hang it on a string. |
This is heart with wings but I call it angel heart. It is so cool. You think that I have added another paper for the wings? Noooo. It is made from a single paper. How to fold? Click here! This is a little complicated but still manageable to do. You gotta try this. |
This is the simplest and of course the easiest origami heart I have tried. For the instructions of how to fold it, click here. You can see on this picture that this is really my first time doing this heart because of many visible wrong folds I have made. If you have to made lots of hearts, I suggest that you choose this heart because there is no complicated step in doing this. |
This is an awesome heart. No added paper. What I mean is, for a single paper you will have an instant heart with designs. This is called a-length-line heart. For the folding instructions, click here. This is also easy to do. The only complicated part is if you cut the paper, you have to make sure that you cut it straightly since the line of the heart will be visible. |
Overall, I found origami heart a fun thing to do. I posted all my paper hearts on the wall. For my most favorite heart, see pictures below. |

I love doodles. I also love to doodle. It is something that my hands voluntarily doing way back in school days or even today, when in a meeting. Lols.
See? That's all the reasons why I love doodling. I doodle when waiting for my boyfriend. I doodle when I get bored in a meeting. I doodle when there is nothing to do. I doodle because it is one of the cutest thing to do.
And because I am proud of my own doodles, I have posted it in Facebook. My best friend have seen it and requested a doodle of her own version. Let me share to you how I made it using with a little help of some photo editors.
For the others who didn't know what is doodles, well, according to the free dictionary website - 1. to scribble aimlessly, especially when preoccupied, 2. to kill time, 3. to draw (figures) while preoccupied and 5. a figure, design, or scribble drawn or written absent-mindedly.

Step 1. Is to draw in a white paper. Picture it with a digital camera. |
Step 2. Then color it using photo editor. I used Photoscape . It is easier to use than Photoshop. I copy a part of my best friend's clothes and clone it using the said software. |
Step 3. Edit points of the drawing so the paper or the background will be omitted. Only the drawing will be visible. In this step, I used GIMP. After editing the points and cropping it, save it in .PNG format. |

Tin explains why she Loves Pen and Paper
This would be my second blog, FYI. The reason for having a second blog is to put a sister-blog of Quotes and Letters. I've got lots of limitations in Quotes and Letters since the title suggests of me posting quotes and different kinds of letters. How about my doodles? How about my scrapbooks? How about some nice random things? And so I decided to put up another blog. And here it is, Tin Loves Pen and Paper (and everything nice!). AWESOME!
Seriously, I'm not a good writer. But I love to write. I'm not even good in painting or drawing or sketching things. But I love to draw or should I say I love to doodled. Way back in my school days, when I get bored, my hand is busy writing something. You could see a lot of random stuff in my notebooks, books or any paper inside my bag. Whenever I see a pen, my hand can't help but to write anything. I have this addiction in pen and paper that someday I am dreaming of having my own Paper/Bookstore/Scrapbook store and name it Tin Loves Pen and Paper (and everything nice!)
Today, I claim that I would have that store. It will happen, I know in God's will. And when that happen, I'll look back on this post and re-post it again.
For this first post, I'd like you to see me my secret agents. Hehe. Hope you'll love them.
Meet Smiley, Nerdy and Naughty. They are my loveable pens. |
I bought this pen in a store near our town. It so cheap that I only bought this for only ten pesos each. |
The color of the ink is black with a 35mm ballpoint. |
This pen is really awesome. It makes me smile whenever I see them. |
Really adorable. |
They really take my stress away :) |
